iPhone 4 Compatible Jailbreak Apps – Official List
JailbreakMe 2.0 released by Comex is one of the easiest solution to jailbreak iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G on iOS 4 or iOS 4.0.1 and iPad on iOS 3.2.1 and iPhone OS 3.2.
However, users should be very careful while installing jailbreak apps as some packages available in Cydia are not yet compatible with iOS 4 or iPhone 4 and could potentially end up causing problems.
If you want to find out which jailbreak apps available on Cydia are compatible with iOS 4 (or iOS 4.0.1) then you can checkout the iOS 4 JB compatibility list, that tells you which apps work on iOS 4 without any problem (highlighted in green), works partially with some problems (yellow) and those which don’t work at all (red).

Anyone, once jailbroken can we reverse and go back to company settings ?
I did mine by putting it into dfu mode.
If you do a restore from itunes that also put it back to orignal settings.
only if you have shsh blobs with the jailbreak then u can keep your jailbeak.
restore from itune will make you loose your jailbreak.
but I have not seen anyone wanted to go back to company settings after jailbreak.
I did mine due to a mistake . thought I will keep my jailbreak
